It is the only country in the world that has two sugarcane harvesting and processing periods per year. The crushing season in the central and southern regions starts from April of the same year and ends in March of the following year. After November of the same year, the production progress basically comes to an end.          
Brazil is the country with the highest sugarcane production in the world, followed by India, Thailand, and Australia. Meanwhile, Brazil is the world's largest producer and exporter of sugar, as well as the largest producer of ethanol using sugarcane as raw material.
It is worth noting that Brazil has made outstanding contributions in the global sugar industry, accounting for over 23% of the world's total sugar production and 49% of global exports, which is impressive.

ICUMSA45 represents the color value range of sugar purity. Shiny white, the lower the value, the lower the impurities in the color. The main differences of white sugar lie in their purity, sweetness, and production process. It is the safest sugar and can remove bacteria and pollutants that often appear in the raw sugar during the refining process, so the demand has always been high.
The color value of 45-150 corresponds to the first grade sugar in China. ICUMSA 45 white sugar is a white sugar imported from Brazil, with a dry solids content of 45%. It is a refined sugar with higher purity and sweetness than regular white sugar. ICUMSA 150 sugar is used by specific manufacturers due to its lower degree of refinement.
The color value of 600-1200 corresponds to raw sugar. Raw sugar, also known as coarse sugar or secondary sugar, mainly comes from juicing sugarcane and sugar beets. This product is not intended for direct consumption, but is used as raw sugar for further processing in refined sugar factories. The ICUMSA levels of raw sugar in Brazil and India range from 600 to 1200.
